EFAW at Fly Cup Enterprises

We recently had the pleasure of delivering Emergency First Aid at Work training at Fly Cup Enterprises in Inverurie—and what a fantastic group to work with.
Fly Cup Enterprises is a Scottish charity and social enterprise doing incredibly valuable work, supporting people with learning disabilities across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire through catering and hospitality training, helping individuals build skills, confidence, and real opportunities.
The session focused on practical, hands-on learning. The team worked through key life-saving skills including CPR, using an AED, managing choking, treating wounds, and responding effectively until professional help arrives.
What really stood out was the engagement and willingness to get involved. Feedback showed that participants left feeling more confident in handling real-life situations, with the practical approach and scenario-based training making a real difference.
