EFAW training Banchory Spinal Health

We recently had the pleasure of delivering Emergency First Aid at Work training to the team at Banchory Spinal Health.
As a group of chiropractors and massage therapists working across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, their focus is already on keeping people well—so it was great to support them in building their confidence in responding to emergencies too.
The training was delivered on-site and covered all the essentials: CPR, use of an AED, primary surveys, recovery position, and managing incidents such as choking, seizures, bleeding, burns, and minor injuries. As always, we focused on practical, hands-on learning to make sure everyone felt confident applying these skills in real situations.
What stood out was the level of engagement throughout the session. Feedback highlighted how interactive the course was, how clearly everything was explained, and how useful it was to relate the learning to real-life scenarios. It’s always encouraging to hear that the training feels accessible and relevant.
